Donato Technologies is hiring a Business Transformation Consultant in IT Service Processes for a new project. The consultant will help clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. They will evaluate the portfolio’s technical and functional aspects, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions to drive maximum value for the client.
Requirements
- 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted)
- 5+ years of experience in ITAM or IT operations
- Relevant certifications (CSAM, CITAM, ITIL)
- Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management principles and lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of software publisher-specific licensing programs and metrics
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Flexera, or other SAM tools
- Experience in vendor and contract management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
Requirements Summary
