The Service Desk Application Support Lead (SCA) role is a crucial part of ensuring Application Support Tier 1 staff is equipped to resolve technical issues and support the Application Support Systems. This involves primary support, troubleshooting, training, escalation, and knowledge sharing. Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow or similar support platform
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Minimum 6 months of Tier 1 HA Global Service Center experience
  • Knowledge of Service Desk support methodology
  • Ability to obtain Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust)
