The ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Developer will design, configure, and deliver enterprise architecture capabilities to drive governance, application rationalization, and data-driven roadmaps. The role focuses on aligning technology investments with business strategy through integrations, automation, and data analysis.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Strong experience architecting and configuring ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Application Rationalization, Technology Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Modeling.
- Expertise in integrating portfolio data with external tools and systems.
- Proficiency with automation and analytics using Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics
- Experience building governance frameworks and technology roadmaps in large enterprises
- Strong governance frameworks and technology roadmaps
Requirements Summary
CSA/CAD certification required. Strong experience with ServiceNow EA. Experience with application rationalization and portfolio integration are needed
