The Change Manager will design, implement, and continuously improve the ITIL-aligned Change Management process, lead the Online Change Advisory Board, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure change process development aligns with strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ITIL Change Management
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 principles
  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy)
  • Designing and implementing ITSM processes from scratch

Requirements Summary
