The specialist will also be responsible for supporting internal partner ecosystem teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups to ensure effective program execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing high-volume cases
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC
- Experience with a partner program and its components (e.g., onboarding, compliance)
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain.
