ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director to build and maintain relationships with large existing accounts. The role involves developing a ServiceNow solution, managing Executive relationships, overseeing account development, and achieving financial targets. The company is a global market leader specializing in AI-enhanced cloud technology.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into and managing a successful relationship with FedEx
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
  • 7+ years of client management experience
  • 2+ years as a Client Director
  • 2+ years of IT Service Management experience
  • Previous IT Sales experience
  • Experience achieving sales targets
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Strong understanding of business IT needs

Requirements Summary

7+ yrs exp in client management, 2+yrs as a client director, and 2+ yrs of IT Sales or Customer Service experience. Sales targets & virtual team leadership are needed
