Requirements
- Strong technical skills with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency using Help Desk Software (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.)
- Proficiency providing remote support via phone and remote-control applications
