Intermountain Electric Inc. (IME) is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to employees, including hardware, software, and networking issues. The role will also be critical in onboarding new hires. IME is part of Quanta Services, a leading specialty contractor in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency using Help Desk Software (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.)
  • Proficiency providing remote support via phone and remote-control applications
