This role involves strategic leadership, relationship management, and contributing to customer experience through all stages of the solution lifecycle. Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales
  • 5+ years as a Client Director with multi-million-dollar solutions
  • 4+ years of experience achieving sales targets
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management
  • Ability to understand macro-level business IT needs
  • Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region)
