Responsible for all on-site business activities for a specifically assigned customer account. Maintains compliance with established standards and policies for the operation, managing and developing site human resources, as well as meeting site financial goals.

Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Knowledge of ServiceNOW software (preferred)
