PTC is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to effectively support the creation of ad-hoc and emergency maintenance schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, create change requests, identify inventory issues, and meet deadlines. The role involves close collaboration with work groups, analysis of issues, and staying current with ServiceNow and related tools. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and have strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Effectively work in a remote environment
- Create ad-hoc and emergency maintenance schedules
- Interface with work groups to determine available resources
- Create, seek approval and send notifications to end-customers
- Identify missing contacts and work internally to populate them in the CMDB
- Resolve schedule conflicts
- Analyze success/failures
- Create and Update SNOW templates for change requests
- Create and manage planning and alignment meetings
- Analyze inventory
