Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on resolving customer issues with their IaaS cloud services. This role involves troubleshooting, incident management, and customer engagement, acting as a customer advocate and influencer in product development. The team works on ServiceNow (MOS) and JIRA, focusing on Service requests, incidents, and changes.

Requirements

  • Provides customer support, troubleshooting complex technical problems.
  • Works directly with customers to resolve issues through ticketing tools.
  • Consults with customers on complex Oracle products.
  • Participates in a shift rotation (05:00 – 13:00, 13:00 – 21:00, 21:00 – 05:00).
  • Act as Customer advocate.
