Head of Telecom and Media GTM, Japan

ServiceNow is seeking a Head of Telecom, Media & Tech in Japan to drive industry-first transformation in this critical market. This role will focus on shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for the TMT industry, unlocking growth and fostering customer and employee experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, understanding of customer workflows, and expertise in both Japanese and English.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Japan
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the Telecom, Media & Tech industry in Japan
• 3+ years of strategic consulting experience
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
