NTT DATA is seeking a CMDB DC Service Now specialist to lead the implementation of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules. This role involves gathering requirements, designing and configuring ITSM modules, collaborating with infrastructure teams, and providing post-implementation support. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in greenfield or large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow alignment.
- Strong hands-on skills in configuring ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Experience with CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
