CSC is seeking a CMDB Manager-ServiceNow to maintain a single source of truth for IT assets and services. This role focuses on data accuracy, alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and leveraging ServiceNow's CMDB Workspace to improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. The role involves data maintenance, policy development, analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Monitor CMDB health using ServiceNow's CMDB Workspace and CMDB Health Dashboard.
- Maintain the ServiceNow CMDB classes, data relationships, and reconciliation rules via CMDB Workspace and CMDB Health dashboards.
- Develop and implement Servicenow Data Manager policies to automate manual processes.
- Develop and execute the ITOM/CMDB roadmap.
- Create real-time dashboards, reports and Key performance to track CMDB health, accuracy, and operational impact.
- Partner with Servicenow Platform team, business and application teams, and finance to understand data requirements.
- Translate business and operational requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow configurations.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Represent the CMDB/ITOM function in enterprise architecture, product strategy, and ServiceNow community engagements.
