The Configuration Analyst Advisor will oversee the configuration management and change control processes across IT systems, maintaining the CMDB and ensuring accurate CI data, leading the governance of IT changes, and working closely with infrastructure teams and service delivery teams to ensure alignment between IT operations and business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- IT Service Management (ITSM) with specific expertise in CMDB and Change Management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and its practical implementation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required
