Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a related field
- Several years of experience as a consultant, preferably in the ServiceNow area
- Deep understanding of business processes and their optimisation
- Knowledge of JavaScript and experience in developing scripts
- Experience with API integrations and interfaces (an asset)
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Fluent German and English language skills
