Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior

Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior position at Thomson Reuters. Responsible for strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication. Must have at least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server. Experience in integrating ERP systems and knowledge of foreign trade are desired.

Requirements

• Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate/transmit knowledge both verbally and in writing.
• Proactive and effective attitude in problem-solving.
• Willingness to work autonomously.
• Advanced oral and written English proficiency.
• Analysis and definition of project specifications and requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the rest of the Office suite
• At least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server.
• Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog.
• Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Desired: Knowledge of foreign trade.
• Familiarity with special programs in Mexico such as IMMEX.
• Knowledge of PMI implementation methodology.
• Experience in implementation and/or support of foreign trade systems.
