This position involves providing technical support for payment applications, particularly those using SWIFT systems. The role requires strong API integration skills, experience with service management tools like ServiceNow, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain and optimize payment processes, collaborate with teams, and contribute to system stability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with payment processing applications and ability to explain their functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially Incident Management and Change Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar service management tools.
  • Understanding of SWIFT Payment systems and financial transaction flows.
  • Ability to manage and resolve service tickets effectively.

Requirements Summary
