Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation and administration.
• Knowledge of ITIL and best practices in IT service management.
• Scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript) and application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with API integration and automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
