Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- Experience in solution sales within CRM/Customer Engagement/CSM/CX
- Understanding of CRM/CSM solutions business processes
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- 5+ years of sales experience within complex software solutions
- Cross vertical sales experience of medium-sized businesses
- Willingness to go above and beyond to win in the market
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
