ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Account Executive to oversee the market success of its ServiceNow CRM Workflows products. This role involves engaging assigned accounts, creating new business, leading virtual teams, and managing executive relationships for C-suite executives across the ServiceNow sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and driving revenue through solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes
  • Experience in solution sales within CRM/Customer Engagement/CSM/CX
  • Understanding of CRM/CSM solutions business processes
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • 5+ years of sales experience within complex software solutions
  • Cross vertical sales experience of medium-sized businesses
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to win in the market
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
