This Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is critical for ensuring Impact features and benefits are delivered to customers, driving customer interactions, and fostering a strong relationship. CSMs drive customer actions through understanding adoption metrics and acting as a trusted advisor. The CSM will be responsible for project delivery and customer retention by escalating issues to internal teams and implementing data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • 3+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
