CWF Domain Business Lead (m/w/d)

We are an international technology-agnostic consulting firm with a focus on digital strategy, platform technologies, cybersecurity, and business transformation. We are looking for an experienced CWF Domain Business Lead to strengthen our ServiceNow team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business and subject expertise in the CWF area in a consulting function
• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions or similar solutions (Salesforce)
• Experience in pre-sales activities for business development
• Ability to address stakeholders on C-level and drive the offer preparation
• Experience in leading teams and projects, as well as well-developed leadership qualities
• Very good general consulting and soft skills, such as structured thinking, analysis of requirements, and effective presentations
• Fluent German and English language skills in word and writing
• Well-developed communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
