We are looking for a Data Demand and Service Management Lead to oversee and manage the demand for data services within the organization, ensuring alignment between business requirements and the data management capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or other related studies
- 10 years of relevant experience in data demand or services delivery field / or IT service management, with several years of managerial experience
- Hands-on experience with large ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
- ITIL v4 Foundation
