Demand and Portfolio Senior Analyst

This role is designed to drive strategic initiatives and manage projects that enhance or leverage the Enterprise Collaboration solutions for associates globally. The position focuses on project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering user-centric solutions that add business value.

Requirements

• Manage the Enterprise Collaboration (ECb) portfolio
• Manage the Demand management process
• Lead, Manage and mentor the team on resource (capacity) management
• Attend bi-weekly Refining and Prioritizing session with the ECb VMO team
• Create solid business cases for the demand
• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for initiatives within the Enterprise Collaboration portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop, maintain and/or ensure project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are present and updated
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and technologies used by end users
• Ensure compliance with Mars’ governance, security, and change management standards
• Ensure compliance with communication global standards
• Support the adoption of new technologies and services through effective communication, training, and change management strategies
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs and expectations
• Lead and manage vendors that provides any support or service to Enterprise Collaboration team
