Deputy Program Manager (DPM)

IgniteAction is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support the success of the U.S. Census Bureau’s On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure Support Services (OCISS) BPA, specifically the Call Order 1 (Data Center and Cloud Migration) project. The DPM will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure alignment with CASC goals, and drive technical execution across the USCB's hybrid infrastructure. This role focuses on modernization, migration, and reducing on-premises data center footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT program/project management experience with at least 3 years in a deputy or lead role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale infrastructure operations, including hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Proficient in managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of federal IT compliance standards.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management practices and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
