Requirements

  • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and A/V equipment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for level 2 and 3 support issues.
  • Configure, update, patch, and maintain Windows and Mac operating systems and software.
  • Ensure all devices comply with organizational security standards.
  • Build, test, and deploy install packages and support infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor and respond to tickets in ServiceNow or similar help desk platforms.

Requirements Summary
