DecisionPoint is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support the Bureau of Reclamation within the Columbia Pacific Northwest (CPN) Region Office in Heyburn, Idaho. Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in end-user IT support.
  • 1+ year of experience with incident and request management systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
