We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Sr Developer with at least 7-12 years of experience in ITSM Consulting, High Level Design, and developing technical solutions using ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the ITIL Service management framework and experience in deploying ITSM enterprise solutions using ServiceNow.
Requirements
- At least 7-12 years of experience in ITSM Consulting, High Level Design and developing technical solutions using ServiceNow platform
- Good understanding and working knowledge of the ITIL Service management framework (certification preferred)
- Must be experienced in deploying ITSM enterprise solutions using ServiceNow
- Preferably possess skillsets using JavaScript, RESTful API, JSON, CSS, HTML and XML
- Must have knowledge of Orchestration
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow technologies/modules
- Ability to work autonomously and set priorities to meet deadline-driven environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
