Director, AMS Strategy & Planning

ServiceNow is seeking a Director, AMS Strategy & Planning to partner with Sales, Product Management, and marketing to drive growth within their AMS sales team. The role involves leading workstreams, driving action items, and serving as a strategic advisor to the AMS Go-to-Market leaders. The position requires a strong leader with experience in AI integration and a data-driven approach.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes
• 8+ years total work experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, or strategy and operations
• Expertise in GTM Strategy, Finance, and/or Sales Ops in the enterprise software/SaaS industry
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in building trust relationships
• Strong people development and leadership skills
• Collaboration and independent thinking
• MBA, Consulting, and Finance experience a plus
