The Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Chief of Staff), Emerging Technology will serve as the overarching glue across the Emerging Technology Organization, ensuring the team is focused on the right work, effectively delivering on objectives, strategically planning work, supporting and developing team members, and being good stewards of the budget.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a business management, operations, or senior leadership role
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision making, or problem solving
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
