Director, Enterprise Strategic Program

ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Enterprise Strategic Programs to lead the rollout of their Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework enterprise-wide. This role will focus on driving strategic clarity, focus, and measurable performance across the company, enabling leadership through change management and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing OKR systems and fostering a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or business operations.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide programs (OKR or performance management programs).
• Strong executive presence and ability to effectively engage senior leadership.
• Experience managing and developing teams, including change management professionals.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
