Director, Software Licensing

ServiceNow is seeking a Director to lead the global launch, rollout, and evolution of its new Commit-to-Consume Pricing Model for large enterprise accounts. This role requires a high-energy individual with strong leadership skills and operational execution in a SaaS subscription-based pricing environment. The Director will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a global team focused on customer success and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in SaaS pricing, subscription/consumption models, analytics, or commercial operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Deep expertise in SaaS pricing and consumption frameworks (commit-to-consume, true-ups, revenue recognition)
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
• Experience navigating complex customer negotiations
