STACKITEer is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher for the STACKIT Solutions business area in Germany and Austria. This role involves managing IT requests and incidents, prioritizing them, assigning them to support teams, coordinating resolution, documenting processes, and improving support efficiency. The dispatcher will be the central contact and coordinator for incoming requests and ticket entry, ensuring quality and timely response.

Requirements

  • Completed business or technical training in IT (IT system salesman/saleswoman, IT specialist)
  • First professional experience in IT support, in a service desk or in a dispatching role
  • Good understanding of IT fundamentals and common IT services (client hardware, software, network foundations)
  • Secure handling of tickets systems (Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

Requirements Summary

IT training in IT support is a must. First experience in IT support/dispatching is preferred. Strong communication skills in German and English are crucial
