This role within ServiceNow’s Customer Health Assurance team focuses on ensuring customer adoption, satisfaction, and partnership growth through providing solutions, orchestrating ecosystem, and driving engagement. The Strategic Advisor supports EMEA-based customers by enhancing their experience and removing obstacles, contributing to the overall Customer Excellence Group.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of related work experience
  • Experience working with the ServiceNow Platform
  • Experience with sales, support, and services teams
  • Ability to work as an extended part of the account teams
  • Experience at multiple levels within a customer account (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Directors, VP's, and CXOs)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
