We are looking for a Specialist in End User Support to join one of our key projects in the automotive sector, providing technical support level 2 to users of the 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA platform. The role involves diagnosing and resolving incidents, configuring and validating mBOM structures, and training users.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience providing technical support to users in 3DEXPERIENCE Dassault Systèmes environments, especially in DELMIA, mBOM, and PPR.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes in demanding sectors such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery.
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • High level of English that allows working in international environments. French is a plus.
