Requirements
- 1st or 2nd-level IT support experience in larger environments
- Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English skills
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and troubleshooting both hardware and software
- Familiarity with ITSM ticket systems (like ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes
