This is a contract position for an Engineer-Cloud & Infra Engg in Nuernberg, Germany, supporting onsite issues, hardware & software installations, and security. The role involves managing user accounts, network connectivity, and asset management.
Requirements
- Handle tickets via ServiceNow from helpdesk or self-service portal.
- Install, move, add, and change IT equipment and software.
- Configure email, VPN, and network settings.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, MFA, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and printer connectivity.
- Coordinate hardware refreshes and data backups.
- Manage asset disposal and documentation.
- Support user account & access management.
- Provide IT orientation and training on tools and security.
Requirements Summary
