This role focuses on providing technical support for payment applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, and collaboration with other teams. Candidates should have strong knowledge of microservices, API integrations, and service management tools. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred. The ideal candidate is able to maintain and enhance financial applications while understanding financial processes and integration methods.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with payment processing applications and ability to explain their functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially Incident Management and Change Management
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar service management tools.
  • Understanding of Payment systems and financial transaction flows.
  • Ability to manage and resolve service tickets effectively.
  • Fluency in English (80-95%).

Requirements Summary
