Requirements
- Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD).
- Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients across industries.
- Develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Draft and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.
- Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior consultants.
- Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for client teams.
