Requirements

  • Handle ticket triage and gather necessary requirements.
  • Assist customer employees with hardware tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Provide support for remote working issues.
  • Help manage user access using Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with service desk teams.
  • Identify and escalate issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure all resolved tickets comply with processes.
  • Handle ITSM Tools Jira, ServiceNow.
  • SLA management.
  • Deep Knowledge in ITIL process.
