Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree
• Proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented languages
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting production systems
• Experience with open source tools and agile development environments
