Engineering Program Manager, Data Center Efficiency

Apple is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to join their Data Center efficiency team. This role focuses on infrastructure decommissioning, managing risks, and optimizing hardware lifecycle. The Program Manager will collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and finance to ensure efficient infrastructure decommissioning while advancing sustainability goals. They will also deliver executive-level updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data center or infrastructure environments.
• Solid understanding of server hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure operational risk.
• Tried experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams in a multifaceted, high-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Asana) and data reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills
