Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems

The Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems, will manage the relationship between the Law Enforcement business team and internal engineering resources. This includes completing IS&T project requests, managing project status, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and driving user acceptance testing. The role involves system project initiation, maintenance, and communication throughout the full lifecycle.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years experience writing business requirements for various solutions.
• Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.)
• Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.)
• Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau.
• MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering.
• US Security Clearance (preferred)
