Requirements
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
- 5+ years experience writing business requirements for solutions.
- Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.).
- Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.).
- Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools (Business Objects, Tableau).
- MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science, or related field.
- Experience managing outsourced contractors.
