Job description
The Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems will manage the relationship between the Law Enforcement business team and internal IT resources, creating IS&T project requests and managing projects from ideation to completion. The role involves requirements sessions, UI/UX review, system release management, and providing user training. The position works closely with legal specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and user adoption.
Requirements
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript.
- 5+ years experience writing business requirements for a variety of solutions.
- Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.).
- Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.).
- Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau.
- MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering.
