Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems

This Engineering Program Manager role focuses on the relationship between Law Enforcement business and IT, encompassing project submission, stakeholder management, system project execution, and software updates. The role requires collaboration with legal specialists, ensuring project completion, and resolving production issues with software products. New system releases will also be under the direction of the role. This includes coordination of user acceptance testing and documentation.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript.
• 5+ years experience writing business requirements for a variety of solutions.
• Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.).
• Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.).
• Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau.
• MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering.
