Enterprise Architect - Service

This Enterprise Architect role at M&S focuses on delivering customer-centric outcomes and leveraging technology to achieve business goals. The role involves leading architectural resources, developing roadmaps, and ensuring alignment of architectural, business, and technical priorities. Collaboration with partners and stakeholders is key to ensure a seamless transition and end-to-end compliance.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years enterprise architecture expertise
• Experience developing enterprise models across Business Capability, Product, Service Domain and Data
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns, integration, and modern engineering practices
• Knowledge of IT operating frameworks (ITIL / COBIT / IT4IT / SIAM / DevOps)
• Awareness of ITSM products & tools (Helix / ServiceNow / Jira)
• Awareness of UK and international standards and legislation around cyber security and resilience
