We are seeking an Enterprise Architecture Advisor to join our team in Noida, India. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of IT experience and 3+ years in managing endpoint tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years in managing endpoint tools - Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
• Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
• ITIL foundation certifications
• Project Management tools - JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
