Clifford Chance is seeking an Enterprise Service Manager to join their Service Design & Transition team. This role will focus on standardising processes and driving efficiency using ServiceNow, collaborating with business functions to review and redesign workflows, and identify operational intelligence to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise service management and ServiceNow, along with experience working with global teams and a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Enterprise Service Management principles and experience supporting digital transformation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow products & scoped apps, including understanding of service catalogues, workflow automation, and cross-functional service delivery.
  • Experience with Global Portal and Virtual Agent.
  • Demonstrated ability to transition from manual processes to digital service platforms.
  • High level of technical competence on Microsoft Office suite and ServiceNow platform.
  • Professionalism and flexibility in adopting emerging ESM technologies.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.
