MAG is seeking a Finance Systems Team Lead to provide world-class service in support of the achievement of business objectives. This role involves leading a team, mentoring employees, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve service delivery and efficiency. The role focuses on supporting key systems like SAP ERP and SIEM, with a commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
Requirements
- Significant experience in SAP ERP (Finance, HR, Procurement, Payroll, BW, BPC)
- Knowledge of S4/HANA migration and support requirements
- Understanding of SAP Integration suite and ABAP
- Good understanding of ServiceNow incident management
- Good understanding of Employee Central and Recruiting & Onboarding in SuccessFactors
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
